Herat, Afghanistan
Herat Garden
$3,600
The Herati pattern (a rosette flanked by four curving leaves the trade calls 'fish') is one of the oldest all-over designs in Persian and Afghan weaving. Here it repeats across the full field in soft, vegetable-dyed greens and golds, a quiet garden lattice that reads as texture from a distance and detail up close. Dense, hard-wearing wool makes it as practical as it is old.
